The only reasoning justifying actions that violate sanctuary are a total disregard for your fellow man be he enemy or brother. Whabbi Islam preaches this, if some one dies in Jihad, even your own countrymen, tribe, or family then it is Gods will.

The thing that really bothers me about this are the western apologists for this pathology. There is a double standard between Islam and the rest of the world, and it's heavily in Islam's favor.
