I discovered Captain Gibson at Pen of Jen. You should read his story (lovingly written by his daughter) in its entirety. It's that important.

Thank you so much for linking to my story. I appreciate it very much. Writing this post was the most emotional thing I have ever had to write and I am grateful to see others understand what many American families go through, even forty years later.
